Prom Angels Dress Appointment Sign Up

Appointments are required for Prom Angels.
Please review the information below before signing up.

The Prom Angels Free Prom Dress Boutique will take place on Tuesday April 7, Wednesday April 8 & Thursday April 9 at the Meriden Health & Human Services -TEEN ROOM 165 Miller St. Meriden, CT 06450.

The event will run from 2:00 PM to 6:00 PM each day.

There are no timed appointments.

This is a first come, first served style event within each day.

Students may arrive at any time during event hours.

Appointments are limited to 40 students per day and students may only sign up for one day.
Once a day reaches capacity, sign ups for that day will automatically close.

Each student will be paired with a personal shopper to help select a prom dress
and accessories while supplies last.
After submitting, you will receive a confirmation email with your appointment day
and additional details closer to the event.
